Thanks to all that have helped. Looks like SmarterStats is a go. :) Also, from what I hear, their mail software, SmarterMail is pretty good as well.

It has a clean interface, scales well, and supports auto-login from client site admin consoles and such. It's easy to create sites, and then let the user see whatever reports they want. It will even remove the log files after a specified period of time to keep your drive from filling up.
