Well number of rows affected would be a start.  If it is not too difficult, Key 
value(s) of the rows affected would be extra nice.

I can us an SP as long as I can create it from CF within <cfquery> tags.  I did 
this once before.  But I do not have direct access to the oracle systems to 
create the sp directly.
