Slight/Weird(?) cfupdate problem....
For the below:
<cfif IsDefined("form.step2") AND #form.step2# EQ "step2">
<cfupdate tablename="voucher"
datasource="#request.dbsource#"
password="#request.dbpass#"
username="#request.dbuser#"
formfields="fv2_ndp_oc_hours,
fv2_ndp_oc_amount,
fv2_ndp_oc_total" >
</cfif>
If I pass any fieldnames that are NOT in the table, even though I've got
the fields I want updated listed, I get an error saying that the field
in the specific table can not be found.
"step2" is not a field in the table, but I ge "The given fieldname
"STEP2" could not be found in the table "voucher".
Listing the fields in the CFUPDATE doesn't exclude anything else being
passed? Or have I not had enough coffee and something is about to bite
my a** and I just don't see it?
