I've had 10 or so people in there sending messages really quickly and it worked out pretty well. I have, from time to time, seen a wierd javascript error but I don't know why and I haven't seen it since I decided next time I saw it I was gonna try to solve it :) Right now I'm googling for how i might solve the Safari issue. The chat works in safari, but stupid safari URL encodes everything. so people type stuff and all the spaces get converted to %20 and so on. I suspect I could urldecode try to urlencode the arguments to my functions but there's gotta be a way to do it more centrally in the cfajax code itself.
