yeah, on the whole my company uses Dimensions, a very expensive
product with a learning curve.  My team is a bit of a rebel child and
we use CVS with TortoiseCVS as a CVS client.  Free, well known, and
with TortoiseCVS easy to use.  Now to get the team on Eclipse, CVS
support in Eclipse is uber schweet.
