I'm not even sure if it's per thread. You really should call and ask Microsoft, but they will just tell you to get the per processor license. I think it might be per user, so each user that comes to the site would need their own license. Of course this is from the MS sales rep, and we know we can't trust them, but has anyone read the licensing agreement and knows what the exact wording is?
