TLS on port 25 (first do a EHLO, then a STARTTLS) or TLS on port 465 / 587 (first start encryption, then do a EHLO)? The first one is probably not that easy, for the second one you need to install s-tunnel (http://www.stunnel.org/) and run that to set up the TLS tunnel.
