Hal came in and did such a training for us. While there was some mix up on what he was supposed to be teaching (he though it was an intro class, and it was really a customized "intro to MX's new features with and OO slant" class, he rolled with it and we learned a lot from him about the practical use of CF.
Not that we actually implemented all he said or anything.... There are some cultural issues around here that interfere with going whole hog on the OO front.
