Use Replace() or REReplace() with Chr(13) and/or Chr(10) on the data.

Subject: OT - Removing carriage returns from an Access Cell

Task: trying to export an Access database to a tab format MIVA merchant
will recgnize for importing

Problem - a needed description field has carriage returns in the text,
so the MIVA import thinks this is the start of a new row, whicn then
screws everything up after that...

Solution - I dunno....
