I read in the article that this guy used to work at Macromedia, if I remember right he helped develop Flash. He claims he is NOT going to try to enforce this patent and get rich. He wants to sell it to a company that has a lot of stake in RIA. Let's just hope that company ends up being Adobe and not Microsoft! :)
