Have you declared this in cfadmin under webservices?

I tried that for
http://www.dataaccess.com/webservicesserver/conversions.wso?WSDL and it
worked so the WSDL (XML that describs the web service)  is correct.

After that you should be able to <cfinvoke
webservice="name-you-give-service-in-cfadmin">

I got various errors because I could not figure out the format required for
the parameters.
