Open up the ColdFusion administrator or go to
http://127.0.0.1/cfide/administrator/index.cfm
Log in and go to CFX tags
Then register the Image.dll as CFX_Image (you'll have to add the CFX_ name,
then click Browse Server and find the .dll file)
