It's possible that debit cards are limited to a specific bin range but I don't know if that information would be publicly available. Or where to get that info for that matter...Your payment processor may be able to do some digging for you on that...

The next 3 digits probably tell you what bank issued the card, but that's probably not going to be much help you you either without a full list.
