There's a SP if you have access to it . . .. i'm not at my normal
system now so I'm not sure of the syntax, and it's a month or two
since i used it but i think it goes like this:

EXEC sp_changeobjectowner  'tablename', ;dbo'

Check in books online if that syntax doesnt work.  You can use the SQL
area of EntMgr or you can even use query manager.  Of if you dont have
access with those, you can use CFQUERY in a coldfusion file and run
it.
