2 IPs....they can show it to whomever they wish...reset IP as needed. Now if you mean make publicly accessible site....they SHOULD have to pay for hosting...period. If not then chaos ensues when every student on the planet has a free hosting account ;-) I think you'll see it could get ugly and result in total crap that is suppoed to "represent CF".
