PDF generation with CFDOCUMENT is certainly more art than science, I
can tell you that from experience.  Ideally, the printed browser
output would be identical to printed PDF output from the same
generating code, but I can tell you that is most definitely not the
case.  However, differences in CSS rendering, image rendering
weirdness, page breaks in mid-table, etc are all less than ideal.
However, I do remember seeing a hotfix that mentioned it fixed page
breaks but have yet to really test it.

In other words, success comes through trial and error rather than from
reading the documentation.
