It's a tool that's included with the Flash Remoting Components. I couldn't find a separate download so I packed it as a projector and put it up at http://www.keslabs.com/stuff/netdebug/ncd.zip
If NetDebugging is enabled within any movie being played on your machine, it shows all the calls, errors, results & debugging information. To enable NetDebugging, right before you connect to the gateway, add the following line of ActionScript. mx.remoting.debug.NetDebug.initialize(); This works for regular Flash files as well as CFForms.
