Right... but that requires creating your own browser or at least your
own environment for the browser like a kiosk where the user can't use
keystrokes like ctrl+n to change the environment. In my case I was
asked to do these things in such a way that the typical user could use
the application from their home machine and without requiring a
download / install process up front. That whole issue of cheat-proof,
professional certification testing in an _unproctored_ at-home
environment. And to that, my answer in a nutshell is "no".
