I know about the developer edition and Blue Dragon - however, I know there
were also other small third part parsers, they were in fact discussed on
this mailing list over a year ago or so. I am sure someone remembers about
them. If all else fails I will probably go with developer edition, its build
in Java web server and SQL 2005 Express.
