You can use both of them at the same time. I can't seem to find the post at the moment, but you can download the exe file (for IE 7), extract the contents using Winzip, and just run it from the folder you extract it to. You have to do a couple of other things that I can't remember, but you don't have to let it replace your old IE install. Do a google search, and you'll find it. :)
