Oh, and the reason this happens for "no apparent reason" (at least in my case) is when I use Dreamweaver and right click a tag to edit the attributes. If I leave an attribute blank (most notably on cfcomponent), it adds the attribute with a null value, giving me the error. It took me a LOOOONG time to figure it out the first time it happened, but I'm careful now.
