I am not using the Flash IDE, this is a flash form generated from 
ColdFusion.  The issue is dead at this point, as I have restructured the 
page so the popup is not necessary.

I also happened to see on Ben Forta's blog that he mentioned he did the 
ISP form on his website in Flex (the page I was referring to as an 
example of what I was wanting to accomplish).  Perhaps what I'm trying 
to do is only possible in Flex.
