That .ldb file is created when Access is running, if your not running it
then CF Server may have it open. There is a check box in the CF Server
Admin that when unchecked will not maintain a connection to that db. If you
uncheck that and you don't have Access running you should be able to do it
no problems. Once Access is closed, and CF Server is not maintaining a
connection to it, the .ldb file will go away.
