Down the JDK from Sun, install it, and then modify your jvm.config file in c:\cfusionmx7\runtime\bin to point to the location of the new JRE, e.g. c:\j2sdk1.4.2_09\jre
Then restart CF. Makre sure you stick with the 1.4.x version as 1.5 isn't yet supported by CF.
