The Beta 2 installer is good for Windows "Option #1" and "Option #2" installs - (ColdFusion Server or ColdFusion Multi-Server configurations).
It will not work for J2EE (even with JRun) with a manually-deployed cfusion.war or cfusion.ear file. We'll try to have something put together for J2EE and non-Windows configs for Beta 3.
