As I said, I do not include the templates but run them as part of the application. However, I've found a place in my app where most of them are called, so I replaced the address, for instance "userEdit.cfm?id=#id#" by "common.cfm?userEdit.cfm&id=#id#" and common.cfm is a very simple template that includes userEdit.cfm from the virtual common directory.
