Rick,

Im not sure about the HTML it produces, but the file names can be fixed.
All of the layers can be named.

if you name a layer title, it will become title.gif, if you name it
btnHomeOver, it will become btnHomeOver.gif.

This should help you a lot when you go to edit the HTML later.
