As far as I know when the send out cumulative rollups its just one file
that updates everything.

(fyi even though this mentions getting tired of hearing about it I
didn't get it until today)

I'm pretty sure that this is incorrect. The Eolas patch is separate, and
you
can choose not to install it while still installing actual security
patches.
