We've got a set up where we have a client with a number of similar
boxes. Each box has CF enterprise installed on it. We develop & test
locally and then create a WAR file, upload it to one of the remote
servers and extract it (this step is really optional).

As long as the client has JRUN (which is what CF7 runs on) it will
work. I'm pretty sure this is all Enterprise-only stuff.
