depends how you are displaying the resulting document from a cf document tag; If you are using an object tag... yes. If you follow the advice from the links in the Active Content developer center then no. If you provide a link to a cfm file which contains cfheader, cfcontent, cfdocument.. no worries. The way I understand it is only content directly imbeded in the html will need to be rewritten.
