Ok, so of course this  was all in the works years ago. I'm surprised
Microsoft could hold them off as long as they did.

The Really Funny thing is... This a patent and then we all saw on the
message lists the following NEW Patent which if I look at the types of
applications if effects end up being the same set as those in the Eolas
Patent... Isn't this the same thing???
