What isn't changing? Is there any specific content that isn't changing as expected? For example, is it just images, is it simple text updates, etc.
Any kind of change may not show up, changes to the html markup, cfml markup or any other change. It seems to be the size of changes, when I make large additions to the file those show up. But when I just make a small change, it does not show up unless I restart the service. Interestingly, if I am fixing syntax or other errors that caused an exception page, after the fix the display of the "error" line will show the new code, but the CF server does not process the new code. Rather it runs the previous version of the code.
