all of the enhancements / modifications that I've made to Galleon are just about ready to be released.
After talking about it with Ray, I've decided to release the package myself under the name CFMBB (I hijacked my own former project name). CFMBB will be released under the Apache Software License with Ray's permission. We didn't want there to be any confusion about where to go for support issues, and I've made a lot of changes that some people using Galleon might not be interested in. Many of the feature changes are OPTIONAL. Major changes: - BBML (formatted text) support - password encryption - members only forums - signatures - avatars - account confirmation (user or admin) - no longer using cflogin framework - much easier thread/message moderation - forums can be sorted in specified orders - users can be deleted without causing problems - redesigned admin screens - users can edit their own messages - most settings now stored in the database and can be changed in the admin.
