We use MDaemon Pro for its list functionality, which includes pretty 
good ODBC support for list members.

Since their pricing structure is based entirely on email accounts, you 
can get the standard 6 user Professional version and get unlimited 
mailing lists for $380.  (The Pro version is required for ODBC support 
with mailing lists).
