As the saying goes- you get what you pay for. They are relatively inexpensive, and that is the kind out service and hosting performance you should expect. I tried out several small sites over there, but will move them out once traffic grows. Service gets interrupted noticeably often- specifically on the CF side. I'd go with HostMySite, and pay the "premium".
