Wow, I hadn't taken a look at QuickDocs in a while, it's looking spiffy! It's definitely time to use this rather than the slow Macrobe LiveDocs.
I found a cool bit of JavaScript that might have a good application for this, it's a (more or less) true ComboBox (text entry and dropdown) using JavaScript and HTML -- I found it here http://www21.brinkster.com/gver/js/multi-stroke_auto-select_combo.htm Works quite well. One thing that I wish QuickDocs did was once you "typed down" to the point where there is a single entry, I think you should just show the entry rather than making the user click the link.
