There are better methods now. Specifically the blog entry on
ANT and coldfusion at devwhatitz.

If you want to go a less harder route, why not do something similar,
use cfdirectory or some such and "hashes" of your files and then
grab any hashes that don't match?

I'm sure there's a way to set that bit tho, somehow... holler if you
really really want to use it, and I'll try to help.
