If you're not interested in (a), then things get pretty simple. If you
already have a J2EE server installed (JRun, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, etc)
you want (c). Otherwise, you want (b), which installs a full copy of JRun,
then seamlessly installs CF within a JRun server instance.

Personally, I'd recommend that you use (b) rather than (a), if you purchased
Enterprise Edition - there's no reason not to, really, and it allows all
sorts of stuff that you couldn't do otherwise - multiple server instances,
JRun clustering and session replication being the big two items. If you want
different context roots, you'll want multiserver.
