I thought <cfdocument> had a filename="" attribute?

filename
 Optional
  
 Specifies the name of a file to contain the PDF or FlashPaper output.

If you omit the filename attribute, ColdFusion MX streams output to the
browser.

Hmmm.  You could try using the Content-Disposition header in
conjunction with your cfdocument content...
