Joe, Browsers are designed to stop this. The only way around it is to do somthing that many advertisers do and that is use a graphic or image to transfer the info.
Eg: On site A you add a link to to an image on site B. If you are using CF you can make the image a link to a CF template which returns the iumage and sets the cookie as a site B cookie.
