Well, I agree with everyone else. According to the way cookies are supposed to work, they can only be read or set by the domain they were created by.
Let's ask the important questions now. What is it you are trying to accomplish? I know you want to read "a cookie" set on another domain, but what is it you are trying to get from that cookie?
