Craziest damn thing with @@identity.

I only have one identity column (that I Know of and I am pretty sure I know)
in this table.  Yet when I query our @@Identity I get a weird number.  I
Don't know where it comes from and I verified the dbcc checkident and it
gives me the number I was looking for?  Any ideas.
