Any network "sniffing" software can do this, unless you are using encryption
like SSL or a VPN. HTTP decodes to nice plain-text which makes things easy.
If you're looking for some way of doing this "on the fly" using CF, you'll
have a bit of a task on your hands. There are tools that take snapshots for
display via the web but, these typically use SNMP traps. If you have a CLI
tool, like TCPDump, you could mimic this behavior by taking displaying
snapshots of traffic. If your filters were set to only capture HTTP between
the client and server boxes you could probably produce a decent amount of
accuracy.

OK, this is a bit off topic, but I need something for an experiment in CF.
Let me first describe a situation and then ask if anyone knows of any
software to do it:
A browser makes a request to a website and a website returns information.
The request from the browser has the Url, Form, CGI and other information
all together. The response from the website has the page content as well as
all its header information. What I want to do is have a third piece of
software that will be able to see EVERYTHING being passed back and forth
between the browser and server in plain text. That is, when the request goes
through, I want to see the entire request and when the page comes back, I
want to see the entire page.
Now, does anyone know of any software that does this?
