According to the JavaScript 1.4 documentation, cookies can be set down to
the second. Their example uses GMT. Since it works in JavaScript it should
create a valid cookie for all platforms. "Should" is always an operative
word but, in this case I'm pretty sure it'll work fine via CF. One thing, in
the the JavaScript example the date/time stamp was converted to a string
when inserted as a cookie parameter.
