And here's an FYI from my conversation with their sales department yesterday.
Coldfusion only exists currently for shared hosting. Of course, that means no access to the cf admin. If enough people sign up with them and the user community grew I could only help but think that the support would increase and the functionality would increase. That's hoping for it, anyway.
