If the user that the cf service is running has permissions to server A, you can use an UNC path "\\serverA\aDirectory\aDB.mdb"
But please goodness, do not use workgroup security on the Access database. Does anybody know how to grant a CF server the permissions necessary so that it can access an Access databae with workgroup security.
