There is up here actually, but unfortunately that doesn't help you too much. Is there any third party web service you could tie into? I know that anytime I've had trouble finding good, specific financial data, it always comes down to a company that provides it as a service.

Every region in America has it's own MLS group and it appears there is no effort to tie them together.
