Chris it's all happening so fast the  documentation isnt keeping up.     The
version 2.0 of Model-Glue is also nicknamed "Unity" because it is the first
version that combines all three.  It's about to go into Alpha release, and
Joe said that ModelGlue has just had the last 1. release (1.1.1) and all
future development will go into bringing MG2.0 (Unity) into the world.

So ... to answer your question ...

If you want all three now, you're going to have to do a fair bit of reading
email archives and working out for yourself,   or if you want to wait a few
weeks,  MG2 will have a quickstart app to show how to get them all going
together.    Me, I cant wait.  I reckon MG2 is going to be massive.
