There are a number of products out there that can do Quickbooks imports with just about any shopping cart. A number of my customers use the Shopping Cart Assistant from writeitonce.com. It's particularly nice since it can import into lots of products, so can do not only Quickbooks but can import into something like UPS Worldship to do your shipping labels as well as handling other accounting packages as well.
