Ditto Dave's recommendations. Also, what code are you running? The sample app I used at the preso or something else from me? I've shared other MG apps before, but normally as "stuff to look at", not stuff to "extract and run". So for example, I shared the code for the ColdFusionCookbook.com site, but not the install directions.
